Tips to respond quickly, professionally and confidently.

When a new cleaning request comes in, you’ll receive a notification in the app and by email (if enabled). A quick, thoughtful response helps you stand out and increases your chances of getting booked.

Open the request to see the full information. Make sure the clean suits your location, availability and the type of work you offer.

  • Location and travel distance
  • Type of clean (e.g. regular, deep, end-of-tenancy)
  • Date and time
  • Estimated duration
  • Any special instructions

Decide if you're available
