CLEANER NETWORK TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Who We Are

Cleaner Network is operated by Kynknock Ltd t/a Cleaner Network ("Cleaner Network", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Cleaner Network website, mobile applications and services. By using Cleaner Network, creating an account or booking a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

2. About Cleaner Network

Cleaner Network is an online technology platform connecting customers with independent cleaners and property service providers. Cleaner Network is not the employer of any cleaner and does not supervise or control how cleaning services are performed. Each cleaner operates as an independent contractor and is solely responsible for the services they provide.

Cleaner Network facilitates:

     customer enquiries

     cleaner matching

     booking management

     secure online payments

     customer support

     dispute assistance

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Cleaner Network. You agree that all information provided is accurate, complete and kept up to date.

4. Customer Accounts

You are responsible for:

     keeping your password secure

     maintaining accurate account information

     notifying us immediately of unauthorised use of your account

We may suspend or close accounts where reasonably necessary, including fraud, misuse of the platform or breaches of these Terms.

5. Bookings

Bookings are subject to cleaner availability. A booking is only confirmed once Cleaner Network has issued written confirmation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

     correct address

     safe access

     working utilities

     accurate booking details

     any pets or hazards are disclosed

6. Platform Fee and Payments

Cleaner Network offers customers two payment options.

Cash Payment

Where a customer chooses to pay in cash:

     payment is made directly to the cleaner

     Cleaner Network does not charge the customer a Platform Fee

     the cleaner is solely responsible for declaring and accounting for their income

Card Payment

Where a customer chooses to pay securely by card through Cleaner Network:

     payment is processed through Stripe or another approved payment provider

     Cleaner Network deducts a 10% Platform Fee

     applicable third-party payment processing fees are also deducted before payment is released to the cleaner

     the remaining balance is paid to the cleaner in accordance with Cleaner Network's payment schedule

Prices displayed may be fixed prices, estimates or hourly rates. Where additional work is requested, any revised price should be agreed before work continues.

7. Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule bookings in accordance with the cancellation policy displayed during booking. Late cancellations or failure to provide access may result in a reasonable cancellation charge. Where a cleaner cancels, Cleaner Network will make reasonable efforts to source an alternative cleaner or arrange a refund where appropriate.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

     provide truthful information

     treat cleaners respectfully

     provide safe access

     secure valuables

     comply with applicable laws

     avoid abusive or threatening behaviour

Cleaner Network reserves the right to suspend accounts where customers repeatedly misuse the platform.

9. Cleaner Responsibilities

Cleaners are responsible for:

     performing services with reasonable care and skill

     complying with Irish law

     maintaining appropriate insurance where required

     keeping customer information confidential

     arriving at agreed appointments where reasonably possible

Cleaners remain independent contractors at all times.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy with a service, please contact Cleaner Network as soon as reasonably possible.

Where appropriate we may:

     investigate the complaint

     request photographs

     liaise with the cleaner

     arrange a re-clean

     offer a partial refund

     offer a full refund where appropriate

Nothing within these Terms limits your statutory rights.

11. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Cookies are managed in accordance with our Cookie Policy.

12. Acceptable Use

You must not:

     attempt to gain unauthorised access

     interfere with the operation of the platform

     upload unlawful or abusive content

     impersonate another person

     introduce malicious software

     use Cleaner Network for unlawful purposes

13. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to Cleaner Network remain the property of Kynknock Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.

14. Service Availability

We aim to keep Cleaner Network available at all times. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and may suspend the platform for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

15. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under Irish law. Subject to that:

     Cleaner Network is not responsible for work performed independently outside the platform.

     Cleaner Network is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

     Cleaner Network is not responsible for events beyond its reasonable control.

     Responsibility for carrying out cleaning services rests with the independent cleaner.

16. Consumer Rights

Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer legislation. Services must be provided with reasonable care and skill.

17. Changes

Cleaner Network may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights.
